Ticketed Entertainment and Refund Policy

All ticketed entertainment sales must be paid in full at the time of booking. To restrict the fraudulent use of credit/debit cards, payment by these methods are accepted in person only. Ticket sales may be done in person at the club’s reception or on the club’s website (surcharges may apply). 

Show tickets and receipts may be stored at the club’s reception with an ‘all care but no responsibility’ approach taken. 

Strictly no refunds apply for ticketed entertainment sales. This includes lost or stolen tickets and the refusal of intoxicated persons upon club entry. 

All ticketed entertainment is over 18’s unless otherwise specified. Any all age events the club hosts will be strictly no alcohol.
